The AMP Exam
The Montana real estate licensing exam consists of two separate

the Federal Fair Housing Act. Salesperson candidates are both required
to achieve a score of 80% or better.
The state section of the exam consists of 32-40 questions covering Montana laws.
The questions cover such topics as licensing, trust accounts, deeds, foreclosures
