SALESPERSON PRELICENSING COURSE
Our salesperson prelicensing classes utilize a combination of lectures, illustrations and sample examinations presented in a lively and easy to understand manner. We believe that learning must be both interesting and fun.

There is always ample time for questions and class discussion. We make sure that each topic is reviewed at least four times to solidify your understanding. Having a copy of the instructor’s course outline will enable you to follow class discussion while holding note-taking to a minimum.

Connole-Morton Real Estate School is the leader in offering high quality continuing education classes in Montana. Seminars are held throughout the state during the fall of each year (see Schedule). Course content changes each year to meet the requirements of the Board of Realty Regulation’s mandatory and elective topics while still offering topics of the greatest interest and value to real estate professionals. Our instructors are a combination of local and nationally known experts in their fields. We bring to some of the top instructors in the country to Montana.

Montana law requires that each licensee complete 12 hours of continuing education instruction each year. Our two-day seminar completely satisfies that requirement, and we promptly report your credits to the Board of Realty Regulation for you.
