-- Last Chance Seminar --
Real Estate Continuing Education for 2010
Dr. Jack Morton and Dr. Gerald Evans will review Contract Law, Employment Law for Supervising Brokers and Recent Court Cases. Again this year we offer a separate course of mandatory topics for Supervising Brokers and a separate course of mandatory topics for all other licensees.
Back by popular demand, Todd Rooker returns to Montana to teach an 8-hour mandatory course - To Fall and Rise Again: Life after Financial Crisis. Two years ago, Todd taught one of our most popular continuing education seminars ever.
Plan to complete your 2010 Continuing Education by attending our Last Chance Seminar and take the best course in Montana this September and October at any of 7 convenient sites and dates.
As in the past, Connole-Morton has contracted to bring Montana licensees the best instruction available nationwide. In this time of difficult economic conditions, real estate professionals are subjected to many new challenging financial issues.
We have rolled the price of the class back to 1995 levels to make an excellent course more affordable to all licensees.
Upon completion attendees will receive a certificate showing the topics and hours completed.
You must complete your 2010 12-Hour Continuing Education requirement and the school must record your credits no later than October 31, 2010.
