As in the past, Connole-Morton has contracted to bring Montana licensees the best instruction available nationwide. One of the most important issue in Real Estate today is the chaos in the Credit Industry. Todd Rooker will address these important issues for the Real Estate professional.

Each year designated Supervising Brokers need to complete 4 hours of Supervising Management Instruction. Jerry Evans and Bob Connole's course will satisfy this requirement. In addition, Non-Supervising Brokers (Brokers and Salespersons) benefit from this class, as it is important that they understand the principles of supervision in the real estate firm. Therefore, Non-Supervising Brokers and Salespersons receive full credit toward their 12-hour requirement for this course this year.

Lastly, a complete update of Real Estate Law and Regulations completes this year's course.

Upon completion attendees will receive a certificate showing the topics and hours completed.

The cost for the 2008 Continuing Education class is $170.00 for both Day 1 and Day 2 or $100.00 for Day 1 or Day 2 one day only. There is a $70 required deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you are unable to attend.
