I.  Pre-Licensing Course
Our classes utilize a combination of lectures, overhead projector illustrations and sample examinations presented in a lively and easy to understand manner. We believe that learning must be both interesting and fun.

There is always ample time for questions and class discussion. We make sure that each topic is reviewed at least four times to solidify your understanding. Having a copy of the instructor's course outline will enable you to follow class discussion while holding note taking to a minimum.

The Connole-Morton Real Estate School is the leader in the State of Montana in offering high quality continuing education classes. Seminars are held throughout the State during the fall of each year. (See Schedule of Classes). Course content changes each year to meet the requirements of the Board of Realty Regulation's mandatory and elective topics while still offering topics of the greatest interest and value to real estate professionals. Our instructors are a combination of local and nationally known experts in their fields. We bring to Montana some of the top instructors in the country.

Montana law requires each licensee take 12 hours of continuing education instruction each year. Our two-day seminar will completely satisfy that requirement each year. You will not have to worry if you have the proper combination of mandatory and elective topics if you take our course each year.
