Jack Morton  

Jack Morton, J.D., is an attorney who has also taught real estate law for 27 years. In addition to being a professor at the University of Montana's School of Business, Jack has taught numerous real estate, banking and legal seminars. He is well known for his ability to make complicated legal concepts understandable to non-lawyers. Jack has been involved in teaching real estate licensing courses since 1972.

Jerry Furniss, J.D., M.B.A. is an attorney and professor of business law in the University of Montana's School of Business Administration. His 18 years experience in adult education on campuses and in workshops has earned him an outstanding educator award.
