Keith Wilts, CPCU, CIC, LeGrange Kentucky:
Keith conducts over 150 training classes throughout the country annually. He also makes numerous presentations for insurance and professional organizations throughout the year. He holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Designation and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation. He has more than 28 years experience as a licensed insurance agent involving production and consulting activities on both personal and commercial accounts. Keith is a member of the National Faculty for Society of Certified Insurance counselors (CIC) and is also on the National Faculty for James K. Ruble Graduate Seminars. He serves as the CIC Education Consultant for the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Ohio. He has previously served as the Director of Education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky, on the National Education Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of America, the License Administration Committee for the Kentucky Department of Insurance and Education Chairperson for the Kentucky Chapter of CPCU.

Thomas Sanders, CIC, CPIA: Tom's career in Insurance dates back to the late 1970's. He started in production with a Life and Health Carrier and then started working in the training and Marketing department for the same carrier. In 1986, Tom purchased a Property & Casualty Agency to compliment his Life, Health and Group clients. In 1994, Tom began his instructing for PIA of Ohio. In 1999, Tom was awarded the prestigious Jack V. Hedges Educator of the Year Award by the PIA of Ohio. He also serves on the National Faculty for CIC. Currently Tom is President of Sanders Insurance Services, Inc.
